Michael + Heather's Green Bluff Engagement Session at Fleur de Provence and Big Barn Brewing
Dear Friends,
While I blogged last week, I am still getting in the groove. Believe it or not, I used to blog every day in the early 2000's on a platform that no longer exists called Xanga. I am dating myself, but Xanga was super cool because there were blog rings full of people you could look through. I met a few good friends there back in two thousand six or so, and I am still in touch with a few of them regularly! Hi Becky, Candi, Melissa, and Kara!
Anyway, the point of this blog is to get to know Heather and Michael, who did not meet on Xanga.
I love Heather and Michael. They are so sweet and laid back. They love a good laugh and a good craft beer, like a lot of people here in the Northwest. When Heather told me they wanted their engagement shoot to be at a lavender farm and a brewery where they grew their own hops, I was like, "Yes!" I knew my husband, James, would be jealous. James is a craft brewer himself and he wants to grow hops in the back yard.
This shoot was absolutely a dream for Michael and Heather, who spend their weekends in the outdoors and occasionally sip the famous Lavender IPA at Big Barn Brewing. What a fun time we had together. It was really relaxed and fun. So many of my clients turn into wonderful friends! <3
Isn't this fantastic? Absolutely made for photos!
After a while at Fleur de Provence, we drove over to Big Barn Brewing and did some photos in their hops. Beer lovers, take note! :D This is an option. :D
